I just posted a gallery of pictures from my recent trip to Sedona Arizona. The red rocks there are amazing, especially under the winter snow. Sedona is beautiful and breath taking. The story goes that the red rock formations are energy vortex’s which channel the energy of the Earth into their visitors. Sedona’s Oak Creek canyon is also amazing as the desert floors transforms into the forest covered plateau to the north. My first trip to Sedona I camped alone in Oak Creek canyon under a full moon, and it was one of the best camping experiences of my life. If you are ever in Arizona, Sedona is one area not to miss.

Thursday, February 4th, 2010Wildwood Park Lizard Rock 360° Panorama
Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010I took my second official spherical panorama on top of Lizard Rock in Wildwood Park at sunset. It is a spectacular place to watch the sun set. I had some trouble with the exposure settings for this picture due to the fact that I had to run up the hill to get the picture, setup the tripod equipment, and take the picture in less than a minute or risk loose the sun for the day and ruin the shot. The next one will be perfect.
